Flood Relief Volunteer Opportunities
Westminster Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Disaster Assistance site for flood work.  Since mid-June over 220 people have volunteered 6,200 hours working on 66 homes in middle Tennessee.  How can you be part of this important work?
  1. Be on their list to receive e-mails requesting volunteers.
  2. Send an e-mail (with at least 2 days notice) to let them know you are available to volunteer.
  3. Help them acquire the following frequently-needed materials:
  • Drywall in 8 foot x 1/2 inch sheets
  • 50 lb. boxes of 1 1/2 inch drywall screws
  • Drywall tape
  • Low-dust drywall mud
  • Paint
  • Paint supplies (rollers, pans, good brushes)

To respond to any of these three items, e-mail wpcfloodrelief@gmail.com or call Claire Harris at 292-5526 ext. 290.
